Welcome to the New RT-Bolt Website

rtboltadmin -

It’s been a busy few years at RT-Bolt.

From Dr. Warren Brown sending off the patents to sending the first bolts out to clients, to getting feedback, and putting case studies together.

Ten years later, RT-Bolts are being shipped regularly from our Dunsborough HQ to new and repeat clients. With orders growing steadily and installations happening across critical assets globally, we felt it was time to create a new online home that reflects how far we’ve come.

We’ve built our new website with a clear purpose:

To make it easier to understand, apply, and get the most out of real-time bolt load monitoring.

Whether you're just starting to explore options for bolted flanged joint integrity or already using RT-Bolt in the field, this site is designed to be a practical, transparent resource. We’ve built it to help you make informed decisions (and our team is always here to support that process).

Here’s what you’ll find as you click through:

  • Case Studies:
    • From chronic flange leakage and gasket damage to thermal cycling and joint distortion, see how RT-Bolt is being used across industries to eliminate guesswork and reduce rework.
  • Methodology:
    • A clear look at how RT-Bolt works, and why direct tension measurement outperforms torque and elongation-based methods, especially in critical applications.
  • FAQs:
    • Straightforward answers to the questions we hear most often.
  • Industries:
    • Learn where RT-Bolt is already at work: in refineries, delayed cokers, high-temperature heat exchangers, offshore platforms, and more.
  • Blog (starting here):
    • This space will host field insights, lessons learned, technical deep-dives, and practical guides to help teams get more from their joints

This is just the beginning. We’ll be adding new content regularly, so if you’d like to keep up to date with our latest case studies, guides, and technical updates, make sure to follow us on LinkedIn.

And if there’s a question you’d like answered, or a topic you want us to dive into, let us know.

Thanks for visiting from all of us here at RT-Bolt.
